Autogenic Meditation 


Once you can turn off your sympathetic nervous system at will and experience peace deep within yourself, you can use this amplified state of consciousness to explore deeper aspects of your being. Dr Lucy teaches Autogenic Meditation to intentionally explore deep within your unconscious.

Each week you will journey into places of your mind that you may not have experienced for decades. Guided by Dr Lucy, you will focus on a different realm of your consciosuness.


This is a six week course, private pay. It is suitable for people who have practiced Autogenic Training for 6-12 months. 


It can be taught individually by video consult or in person (not since COVID). The course comprises six sessions.
