There are several different Embodied Mindfulness Group Classes, each focused on a different medical group or condition.
All involve Dr Lucy's teachings based on Autogenics, helping you turn off your stress response, learning to live in the moment. A simple practice of 5 minutes, 3 times a day, of some easy mental training exercises, alongside educational teachings about the specific condition, gives you the skills and mindset to become your own healer.
Embodied Mindfulness for Anxiety Reduction (EMAR)
7 weekly Zoom classes taught in a group of up to 10 patients with anxiety
Not suitable for anyone with a history of psychosis.
Embodied Mindfulness for Postnatal Anxiety Reduction (EMPAR)
7 weekly Zoom classes taught in a group of up to 10 patients, for mothers with children from birth to 9 months.
Not suitable for anyone with a history of psychosis.
Embodied Mindfulness for Insomnia (EMI)
7 weekly Zoom classes taught in a group of up to 10 patients with anxiety
Not suitable for anyone with a history of psychosis.
Embodied Mindfulness for Patients with Type 1 Diabetes
7 weekly Zoom classes taught in a group of up to 10 patients with Type 1 diabetes
